Xact Kapitalförvaltning is changing the fund rules for XACT Högutdelande (legal name XACT Nordic High Dividend Low Volatility [UCITS ETF]). The change will take effect on April 1, 2020. Distributions a minimum of twice per year – unchanged target of 4 per cent annually As a result of the change, the number of distributions will be increased to a minimum of twice per year  – during the months of May and September – or more frequently in accordance to what is stated in the information brochure. The target is to continue to annually distribute approximately 4 per cent of the fund units’ value at the time of the Management Company’s decision for distribution. However, the distribution can be both higher and lower. The size of the distribution for the full year is not affected by the change, but rather the difference is that the number of distributions has been increased.
