STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (May 22, 2019) – Starbreeze has closed and finalized the transaction of Dhruva, divesting the Indian subsidiary to Rockstar Games. The total preliminary purchase price amounts to 7.9 MUSD and Starbreeze share of the company is 91.82%.   The consideration is subject to final accounts post-closing. 15% of the purchase price will be held in escrow for 36 months, of which 50% will be released in 18 months. ##
