Redeye has a positive view on the acquisition of MixComm. The acquisition strengthens Sivers’ offering in Wireless and displays the company’s grand ambitions. The acquisition is followed by a share issue leading to a dilution of 35-40%. Redeye is currently re-evaluating the valuation range.
