Earlier today, Alzinova announced a rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants. The initial proceeds amounts to approximately SEK 50 mn. Upon full exercise of the warrants, it could bring an additional SEK 25-42 million to the company. From the press release, we learn that the company has received subscription commitments of approximately 1% of the right issue, as well as guarantee commitments of SEK 46.6 mn, which ensures the rights issue to 95%.
