Today, December 8, 2023, is the last day for trading with unit rights in Lumito AB:s (publ) ("Lumito" or the "Company") issue of units consisting of warrants of series TO5 and TO6 (the "Issue"), which the board of directors resolved on November 10, 2023 (changes to the terms and conditions for the Issue were resolved and announced on November 17, 2023). Unit rights that are not sold or not exercised for subscription will expire without value.

The Issue summarized:

Subscription period: November 29, 2023 – December 13, 2023.

Trading with unit rights: November 29, 2023 – December 8, 2023.

Preferential right: For each (1) share held on the record date of November 27, 2023, one (1) unit right was granted, and forty-eight (48) unit rights entitle the subscription of one (1) unit.

Unit: One (1) unit consists of four (4) warrants of series TO5 and four (4) warrants of series TO6.

Subscription price: The subscription price amounts to SEK 0.01 per unit, corresponding to SEK 0.00125 per warrant.

Issue volume: In the event of full subscription in the Issue, the Company will receive approximately SEK 43 thousand before issue costs. Upon full exercise of all warrants of series TO5, the Company can receive an additional maximum amount of approximately SEK 41.3 million before issue costs. Upon full exercise of all warrants of series TO6, the Company can receive an additional maximum amount of approximately SEK 48.2 million before issue costs.
