Vestjysk Bank A/S issues new tier 2 capital

Vestjysk Bank A/S today issued new tier 2 capital in the amount of DKK 125 million with a term of ten years to maturity. Subject to approval from the Danish FSA, Vestjysk Bank A/S may repay the tier 2 capital at par value after five years. 

The tier 2 capital carries a fixed coupon of 3.75% for the first five years and will subsequently carry a floating semi-annual coupon rate of CIBOR6 plus an unchanged credit spread. 

As set out in our company announcement dated 30 July 2019, the tier 2 capital, issued at value date 28 August 2019, is tied to the repayment of existing tier 2 capital in the amount of DKK 150 million.
