Redeye is cautiously optimistic about today’s update from Nanexa’s patent infringement case, indicating that the parties (Nanexa and Vitrivax) have agreed in principle and are working on a settlement.  We will await an announced outcome before discussing the case in-depth, but note that a settlement (potentially a licensing agreement) could ease the sentiment in the stock a bit and further validate Nanexa’s IP.
