Redeye comments on RLS’s directed issue of new shares to Zebra holdings and Investments Limited. The purpose of the issue is to pay the remaining debt to Zebra of SEK 10m. We adjust our model accordingly to the news; however, our fair value remains mostly the same with a Base Case of SEK 12, and Bull and Bear Case of SEK 17 and SEK 3(4), respectively.
