Redeye likes Formpipe’s acquisition of Alkemit. While the multiple might look somewhat high at first, we believe the acquisition rationale is very solid. Alkemit will strengthen Public SE’s delivery organization, crucial in lifting the business area. We raise our forecasts and Base Case slightly.
