The Board of Directors recommends the shareholders of Opus to accept the increased offer. There seems to be no bidding contest and consequently Redeye does not expect any further offers. Our guess is that the level of acceptance will be sufficient for the offer to be completed. (This is a translation of our note in Swedish published earlier today)
