Organisation-wide sustainability
SJR offers staffing and recruitment services in the finance, HR, supply chain and IT sectors. The company’s management has a holistic view, seeking to take the environmental impact of its operations into account at all stages, from purchasing to the provision of services. No previous ESG incidents have been reported.
ESG activities
SJR is certified through ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). During 2017 an upgrade of its certifications was performed to include a 2015 update. SJR is also authorised by Almega (a Swedish employers’ organisation) to conduct staffing and recruiting. In order to receive the authorisation, SJR has to follow certain basic requirements such as adhering to Almega’s statues and ethical rules, applying the industry's general delivery terms, and having collective agreements for employees. SJR’s work force and management are diverse, but there is potential to improve when it comes to the board of directors. We believe that SJR could be more transparent to external investors regarding its ESG work (for example in its annual report), and we would like to see it implement some ESG-related KPIs.
