The weak trend in non-cloud service revenue worsened in the quarter and caused a sharp fall in earnings. While the report in total came in below forecast, the cloud business continued to improve. We will likely reduce our estimates and fair value somewhat, but we believe that the 15% drop in the share price is an overreaction.
