Beijer Electronics Group delivered a solid Q1’19 report. While sales came in below our forecast, the group continues to show strong profitability improvements. EBIT (excluding IFRS 16 effects) amounted to SEK 29.6m (8% EBIT-margin), which thereby exceeded our estimate SEK 26m. We have a positive view of its profitability where the EBIT-margin is approaching its financial target.
