Image Systems: Cross-selling in focus (Redeye)

In Q2, Image Systems recovered from a weak Q1 and showed positive EBIDTA. Further, Image Systems acquired the Finnish company Limab Oy (now RemaSawco Oy). The report does not cause us to make any significant changes in our financial forecasts. However, due to the acquisition of Limab Oy, Image Systems has increased its net debt. According to the company, the loans may be refinanced with a share issue. Consequently, we have included a share issue in our updated DCF valuation.
