Gapwaves: Comment on the rights issue outcome (Redeye)

Gapwaves announced that investors subscribed for 67.1% of the offering, which thus was lower than the subscription commitments of 72%. This implies that Gapwaves raised about SEK 110m (before excluding transaction costs) through the rights issue. Hence, we have updated our valuation based on the announced outcome.
