The Q2 operating loss amounted to USD -1.2 million (expected SEKm -0.7) since sales fell 10 percent (exp +7 %) related to continuing weak AirBar sales of USD 0.2 million. However, AirBar activities are starting to pick up the pace, most notably in India where Neonode will launch with Reliance – the nation’s largest retailer. NEON Shares are getting ready for a comeback as the private placement of USD 9.8 million from four individual Swedish tech investors has taken care of the cash issue. The dilution renders a new value in our base and bear case of USD 2.5 and 0.8 per share respectively (previously 3.0 & 1.2).
