Company announcement 19/2022 - Herning, Denmark, 1 October 2022 - Re-Match Holding A/S (“Re-Match”), a pioneer within sustainable recycling of artificial turf, appoints Beierholm Corporate Finance P/S as new certified advisor.
Re-Match has entered into an agreement with Beierholm Corporate Finance P/S, which is approved as Certified Advisor by Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. This takes place in connection with the transaction whereby Oaklins Denmark - the former Certified Advisor of Re-Match - has been acquired by Beierholm, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab.
