Swedbank Robur has been represented on Hoist Finance’s Nomination Committee for the AGM 2022 since October 2021. After request from the two largest shareholders that the board of Hoist Finance convene an extraordinary general meeting, where the proposal is to replace the majority of the board, Swedbank Robur has decided to leave the Nomination Committee. Following the resignation of Swedbank Robur, the Nomination Committee consists of three members:

• Per Arwidsson, chairman, appointed by Arwidsro
• Erik Selin, appointed by Erik Selin Fastigheter AB
• Mattias Carlsson, chairman of the board in Hoist Finance
