The West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office announces a new bulk data offering available through its existing Bulk Data Service for UCC Images.

The West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office announces a new bulk data offering available through its existing Bulk Data Service for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Images. The Bulk Data Service enables authorized monthly account holders to download bulk business entity and UCC data on file with the Secretary of State.

The new UCC Image subscription provides all active filing document images on file with the Secretary of State as of Jan. 1, 2015. The automated service conveniently packages the documents into separate downloads for all filings added or modified in the last month as well as the last week, and the files are posted on a monthly and weekly basis.

"The new UCC Images subscription adds value to our existing Bulk Data Service,” said Penney Barker, Business and Licensing Director. “This is another example of our office responding to our customers to help them with their business needs, and to support the initiative of the office to constantly improve our online service offerings."

The Bulk Data Service is one of many online business services offered by the West Virginia Secretary of State, which include online business registration, UCC filing and search, certificates of good standing, custom business entity list service, multiple online searches, and a plethora of other business filings available through the Business4WV.com system.
