The meeting decided:
• To determine the annual report´s results and balance sheets.
• To dispose the year's results, in accordance with the Board's proposal, as well as to grant the Board of Directors and the Managing Director discharge of liability of their administration of the Company's Affairs during the financial year.
• It was decided that a fee of 75 000 SEK shall be paid for each of the AGM-elected Board members and 125 000 SEK shall be paid to the Chairman of the Board. A fee paid to the auditor is suggested to be in accordance with the approved bill.
• The meeting decided that the Board shall consist of four Directors and no Deputy.
• The meeting decided that for the period until the next annual general meeting re-elect Thomas Lundgren, Tore Hallberg, Patric Perenius and Hakan Gustafsson as Board Directors. Hakan Gustafsson was appointed as Chairman of the Board.
• Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was re-elected as auditor.
• The AGM agreed in accordance with the Board's proposal for the aggregation of shares with deviation to § 4 of the Articles of Association will not be changed.
• All decisions were agreed unanimously.
