As published in announcement number 14/2014 of 10 March 2014 the extraordinary general meeting finally adopted the reduction of the company’s share capital by cancellation of 721,723 treasury shares. The deadline has now expired for the creditors to prove their claims in the company, in accordance with the Danish Company Law § 192, art. 1. Therefore, the company's Supervisory Board today decided to reduce the share capital. The capital reduction is expected to be registered in the Danish Business Authority’s today. After the reduction the share capital amounts to a nominal value of DKK 44,068,785 divided on 8,813,757 shares at DKK 5.
