eQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17 April 2014, at 13:30 p.m. CHANGE IN eQ PLC'S HOLDING OF OWN SHARES Based on the authorisation granted by Company’s AGM held on 27 March 2014, eQ Plc’s has today purchased 85 000 own shares (EQV1V), which were originally issued in directed issue to employees of eQ Group. Based on termination of an employment, the shares were repurchased at the original subscription price in accordance with the terms of the share issue. After the transaction, eQ Plc holds 85 000 own shares in total, which represents approximately 0.23 per cent of the shares in eQ Plc. Company intends to cancel the abovementioned own shares.
