Leaddesk just announced another large deal to provide provide a contact centre solution for Sparebank 1. The three-year deal amounts EUR 1.0m, which translates to 1.7% growth compared to end-H1/21 ARR base. During the past six months Leaddesk has announced three large deals, which we calculate should add close to 7% to the end-H1 ARR. We also highlight the importance of new enterprise-size clients from the investment case perspective.
