Proact Q3’20: Beating EBITA* by 37% as costs fall short of our forecast (Redeye)

Redeye sees a solid Q3 report driven by lowered SG&A costs. The important Cloud revenue growth remained robust, while the non-cloud service revenue continued its weak trend. Our first impression of the Cetus acquisition, which we estimate to add ~5% EBITA growth in 2021, is positive. We will likely increase our EBITA forecasts and Base case.
